How do I connect my phone?
You must first install the software from the App store corresponding to your phone.
What range has the Bluetooth got?
On average Bluetooth has a range of around 5m (line of sight). But this will change depending on what is between you and the controller, for example walls etc.

Once it's installed, open the app and click on the connect button. This will then search for Bluetooth devices, select the device called PV- xxxxxx (the x’s will be numbers). The app will now ask for a password. This is the numbers after PV-. Once entered you will see the data coming from the controller.
What happens if I forget my password after I have changed it?
If you have forgotten a user set password, you will not be able to connect to it to see your data. Please contact the office on (+44) 1684 774000 and speak to the support team who might be able to reset your controller. This will lose any custom settings you might have saved to the controller.
