How to Connect Your Phone

To connect your phone, begin by installing the corresponding software from the App Store based on your device.

Bluetooth Range

Bluetooth typically operates within a range of approximately 5 meters (line of sight). However, this range may vary depending on obstacles such as walls.

After installation, launch the app and select the connect button. The app will search for Bluetooth devices; choose the device labeled PV- followed by a series of numbers. Upon selection, the app will prompt for a password, which consists of the numbers following PV-. Once entered, you'll gain access to data from the controller.

What happens if I forget my password?

If you have forgotten a user set password, you will not be able to connect to it to see your data. Please contact the CCCAMPER office on (+44) 3334 563345 and speak to the CCCAMPERS support team who might be able point you to the hidden label in you van with the password on.
